Frameline
Mission Statement: Frameline’s mission is to change the world through the power of queer cinema. As a media arts nonprofit, Frameline’s programs connect filmmakers and audiences in San Francisco and around the globe. From hosting the San Francisco International LGBTQ+ Film Festival, now in its 49th year, to distributing over 300 LGBTQ+ films worldwide to partnering on archival restorations of canonical queer films, Frameline is dedicated to supporting, amplifying, and preserving LGBTQ+ cinema.
